Refund Policy
Our clients have the right to refund training fees and training material according to the following rules:
• 14 or more working days prior to the training start date, 100% of the course fees will be refunded.
• 8-14 working days prior to the training start date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
• 7 working days or less/before the start of the training start date, no refund.
• No refund of the purchased training material, policies, or procedures.

يحق لعملائنا استرداد رسوم التدريب ومواد التدريب وفقًا للشروط التالية:
* قبل 14 يوم عمل أو أكثر من تاريخ بدء التدريب، يتم استرداد كامل رسوم الدورة.
* قبل 8 إلى 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ بدء التدريب، يتم استرداد 50% من رسوم الدورة.
* قبل 7 أيام عمل أو أقل من تاريخ بدء التدريب، لا يتم استرداد أي مبلغ.
* لا يتم استرداد رسوم مواد التدريب أو السياسات أو الإجراءات المشتراة.
