Trainer’s Privacy Policy * The trainer affirms the ownership of all scientific content submitted for publication or sale on the platform, confirming that it is neither copied nor plagiarized from any other author. The trainer is fully responsible for any intellectual property claims or disputes arising from the published content. * The trainer commits to clearly acknowledging any third-party intellectual property contained in the published content. * The trainer agrees to uphold professionalism, accuracy, and objectivity when submitting or publishing scientific content on the platform, to cite supporting scientific references, and to adhere to the community’s principles, values, and applicable laws. * The trainer agrees to deliver high-quality audio, video, and text, using equipment that meets the platform’s specified standards. * The trainer agrees to regularly update the training material and to submit any modifications or updates to the platform management for approval. * The trainer agrees to set fair pricing or subscription fees for published courses or content, with the option to offer discounts to certain clients. * The trainer undertakes not to request the removal of any published content or courses after clients have subscribed. * The trainer respects the platform’s intellectual property rights, trade name, website, trademark (logo), and software. * The trainer agrees to abide by the platform’s refund policy. * The trainer acknowledges that training payments will be made one calendar month after the date of collection. سياسة خصوصية المدرب * يؤكد المدرب ملكيته لجميع المحتويات العلمية المقدمة للنشر أو البيع على المنصة، ويؤكد أنها ليست منسوخة أو مسروقة من أي مؤلف آخر. يتحمل المدرب المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي مطالبات أو نزاعات تتعلق بالملكية الفكرية تنشأ عن المحتوى المنشور. * يلتزم المدرب بالإشارة بوضوح إلى أي ملكية فكرية لطرف ثالث واردة في المحتوى المنشور. * يوافق المدرب على الالتزام بالمهنية والدقة والموضوعية عند تقديم أو نشر المحتوى العلمي على المنصة، والإشارة إلى المراجع العلمية الداعمة، والتقيد بمبادئ وقيم المجتمع والقوانين المعمول بها. * يوافق المدرب على تقديم مواد صوتية ومرئية ونصية عالية الجودة، باستخدام معدات تلبي معايير المنصة المحددة. * يوافق المدرب على تحديث المواد التدريبية بانتظام، وتقديم أية تعديلات أو تحديثات إلى إدارة المنصة للموافقة عليها. * يوافق المدرب على تحديد أسعار عادلة أو رسوم اشتراك للدورات أو المحتوى المنشور، مع إمكانية تقديم خصومات لبعض العملاء. * يتعهد المدرب بعدم طلب إزالة أي محتوى أو دورات منشورة بعد اشتراك العملاء والمتدربين. * يحترم المدرب حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمنصة، واسمها التجاري، وموقعها الإلكتروني، وعلامتها التجارية (شعارها)، وبرمجياتها. * يوافق المدرب على الالتزام بسياسة استرداد الرسوم الخاصة بالمنصة. * يقر المدرب بأن مستحقات التدريب ستُسدد بعد شهر ميلادي واحد من تاريخ تحصيلها من العملاء أو المتدربين.
